Meet your shooter, Eric

Hey there! My name is Eric and I am the shooter of heads at BoomHeadshot Photography! I have lived in Pullman for over 15 years and absolutely love it here! I'm a military veteran and try to be as active as I can in the community. Besides photography I love playing volleyball, softball, gaming, cars, and making websites. I really enjoy photography because I get to capture special moments for my clients that they will always be able to cherish and remember.

What is BoomHeadshot?

BoomHeadshot is a fun play off of an old gaming meme from 2006 where the main actor "FPS Doug" gets extremely excited about shooting people in the head while playing games. Combining me growing up as a gamer, being a military veteran, and now a photographer - it is the most logical name to use!

Eric worked with me to make sure we could get the shoot on Mother’s Day, in the location I wanted. He did an amazing job with our photos. Between grumpy kids, and my wife and I being so awkward he made it work beautifully and captured our family in very natural and posed shots that I’m excited to see on the walls of our home for years to come! Eric was absolutely amazing to work with! This was my first time getting professional pictures done, and I was honestly a little nervous because I had no idea how to pose, but he made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. He guided me through everything and was so patient and encouraging the entire time.

The pictures came out SO beautiful, I’m genuinely obsessed with them. He even went a little over time just to make sure we got all the shots, which I really appreciated.

I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer. Truly the best experience!

Eric was great! I tend to be rather nervous and unsure of how to pose in front of a camera but he made me feel super comfortable and suggested poses that would look best at each location. I never felt "lost" on how to stand or what to do with my hands/ arms. I had several locations I wanted to hit and he made sure we got photos at each one. I really love how my pictures came out and I am super appreciative of Eric for helping me get the grad photos I wanted. The turnaround to get my pictures back was only two days also so that was great. I definitely recommend him for anyone looking for grad pictures in Pullman!
